When work doesn't execute the way YOU intended

Your team may be working hard, but the same problems keep getting in the way.

Decisions don't stick

Direction is given, but the same decisions come back up again a week or two later.

Teams fall out of sync

Field and office, departments, or individual leaders aren't always working from the same priorities or expectations.

Firefighting keeps taking over

Rework, delays, interruptions, and urgent problems consume time that should be going toward productive work.

Too much still depends on you

Your team can handle the work, but important decisions and problems keep finding their way back to you.

Gains fade under pressure

You introduce a new tool, process, training, or way or working. It helps for a while, then the next busy period hits and old habits return.

What the Guided E3 Productivity Lab is

The Guided E3 Productivity Lab is an 8-week guided online program that combines self-directed weekly work with three live 1:1 consultant sessions to help you examine and improve the systems behind how work gets done in your organization.

You'll work through the three parts of the E3 Organizational System:

Leadership System

How direction, priorities, and expectations are set.

Management System

How work is coordinated, communicated, and followed through.

Technical System

How the actual work, processes, and tools support execution.

Throughout the lab, you apply everything directly to your own work and your own team using the same practical cycle:

You look at how work is happening today, identify where friction or breakdowns are occurring, make focused changes, and see how those changes hold up under normal operating pressure.

Who the Guided E3 Productivity Lab Is For

The Lab is designed for operating leaders who have enough responsibility and authority to make meaningful changes within their organization.

Senior Operating Leaders

Owners, Presidents, COOs, VPs of Operations, and Director-level leaders.

Growing Mid-Market Organizations

U.S.-based companies with roughly $10M–$250M in revenue and 20–500 employees.

Operations-Driven Industries

Construction, including heavy civil, specialty and mechanical trades; engineering; manufacturing; and professional services.

Leaders Who Can Act

Someone who can decide, apply, and hold a change within their own scope, not simply recommend one.

What You Get

Eight Weeks of Applied Work

Structured work focused directly on your own leadership, team, and operations.

A Measured Starting Point

The E3 Diagnostic plus baseline measures for Productive Time, Team Reliability, and Rework.

About 2 Hours Per Week

Roughly 25 minutes a day, including your live 1:1 sessions. Most of the work happens in your actual operating environment, not sitting inside a course platform.

Three Systems Put Into Practice
One weekly cadence, one decision log, and one technical method, each set up, applied, and tested under real operating pressure.
Three 1:1 Consultant Sessions

Three 60-90 minute sessions with your consultant in Weeks, 1, 4, and 8 to establish the baseline, review progress, and evaluate what changed.

Week 8 Decision

A clear recommendation to keep, pause, or take the work further. Supported by what you observed and measured during the Lab.

The 8-Week Arc

The Lab moves through four phases: first observing how work happens today, then deciding what is worth changing, testing those changes under real operating pressure, and finally measuring what held.

Phase
WeeksWhat happens
Observe 1 - 3 Kickoff and baseline. Watch how work, decisions, and follow-through actually happen right now.
Midpoint (live) 4 Reality check. What improved, what slid back, and which few changes are worth stabilizing.
Stabilize 5 - 7 Put the chosen changes under real pressure. Up to one LS, one MS, and one TS change. Hold them.
Synthesis (live) 8 Before/after against the baseline. Decide to keep, pause, or expand.

What Makes This Different

Applied to your real work, not a seminar

You are not learning a framework in theory. You are applying it to the decisions, meetings, handoffs, and operating problems already filling your week.

Seminars deliver ideas. The Lab helps you build changes that still work when Monday gets busy.

One Thing at a Time, Only What You Can Hold

You are not launching ten initiatives at once. You identify the few changes worth making, then hold them under real operating pressure.

Improvement efforts often lose traction when too many changes are introduced at the same time.

A Measured Baseline, Before and After

You begin with baseline measures for Productive Time, Team Reliability, and Rework, then compare them again at the end of the Lab.

After eight weeks, you have evidence of what changed, not just a feeling that things improved.

Guided by an Experienced Consultant

You receive three 60–90-minute 1:1 sessions with Noel or Steve focused on your situation, your team, and the decisions you are actually making.

The guidance is shaped around your operating reality, not delivered from a generic set of slides.

Outcomes you should expect

By the end of 8 weeks:

Decisions that stick

Clear direction with an owner, a next step, and a date, so the same conversation stops coming back.

The owner out of the bottleneck

Decisions get made at the right level, and you get capacity back for the work only you can do.

A cadence that holds through a busy week

Not just a good one. Your weekly rhythm survives the weeks that usually break it.

A measured before and after
Productive Time ↑ · Team Reliability ↑ · Rework ↓
The gain is proven, not asserted.
Documented methods anyone on the team can follow

Clear direction with an owner, a next step, and a date, so the same conversation stops coming back.

A clear decision about what comes next

Keep, pause, or expand — backed by evidence from your own team, not a consultant's opinion.

What stays with you after the Lab ends:

    • A personal baseline you can reference anytime
    • The observation discipline — knowing how to watch your own operation before you fix it
    • The stabilization test — knowing whether a change actually held, or just felt good in week one
    • The E3 framework as a lens you can apply to any future execution problem

The first 10 participants to enroll in the Guided E3 Productivity Lab will receive the full 8-week program at a reduced Founding Participant Rate of $950.

As a founding participant, you'll receive the full 8-week Lab experience at the reduced rate and have the opportunity to share feedback that helps shape future versions of the program.

In exchange for the reduced Founding Participant Rate, we ask for three things:

        Full participation

Complete the Lab and attend your scheduled 1:1 sessions.

        Share your feedback

Let us know what was most useful and where the experience could be improved.

        Join a short wrap-up conversation

At the end of the Lab, we'll ask for about 20-30 minutes to hear what changed and what stood out to you.

Limited to 10 Founding Participants

Once the 10 Founding Participant spots are filled, the rate will increase to $1,450.
